Responsibilities

  • Front line support via live chat and telephone.
  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical web hosting issues.
  • Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via help-desk and live chat.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate or Under-Graduate.
  • 0 - 6 months experience in technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Should have completed Red Hat Course OR Red Hat Certification.
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
  • Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
  • Experience with documenting procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive research on prospective clients, decision makers, Technology landscape.
  • Ability to research client and company background through websites and social-networking sites.
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in lead generation and research.
  • Analysis market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
  • Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective business accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Make introductory calls and initiate sales process and create proposals.
  • Follow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Build prospect database and meet or exceed individual sales target.
  • Attend Sales events, must have no restrictions to travel across the target market.
  • Achieve the defined annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate or Under-Graduate.
  • 0 - 6 months experience in IT sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Should be able to represent the company at appropriate business forums.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
  • A very strong work-ethic – high integrity and values.
